Miserere mei, Deus is simply known as the Allegri Miserere. This is the so beautiful top note version, arranged for 3 Violins, Viola and Cello. Shortened version of 5 minutes, this requires great breath control. This Miserere was owned by the Vatican and never heard outside, until, it is said, Mozart heard it once and wrote it down for us all. G minor.

Rule Britannia words were from a masque by James Thomson, about Alfred the Great, set to music by Arne. It became popular as a patriotic tune which is played and sung every year at the Proms at the Royal Albert Hall. Arranged as a quartet for 3 Violins and Cello.
