Reindeer Rampage: Santas reindeer are having a bit of fun before their work begins at Christmas. They try to sing some carols, but cannot agree on which one, so they return to jumping around and then home again to Santa. Quartet for Soprano, Alto, Tenor and Baritone Saxophones

Beautiful Dreamer, a well known ballad sung by Bing Crosby and Roy Orbison, amongst many others. For Soprano Sax, Alto, Tenor and Bari Saxes.

This waltz has a lovely major:minor folksongy feel to the first theme with a contrasting answer in the major key, which is all repeated. For the middle section we have a gentle melody in the major key, again repeated. The original melody returns, and the piece finishes on a thoughtful reference to the gentle middle section. Quartet for Soprano, Alto, Tenor and Baritone Saxophones.

Elfin Dance, Fairy Dance. The secret of success for this little dance is to play very quiet, short staccato notes, not always easy to do. Contrast this with a few crescendos, returning immediately to quiet, and you will conjure up a picture of magical elfins darting around in the air. A quintet for Soprano, 2 Alto, Tenor and Bari Saxophones.

La Réjouissance, from Music for the Royal Fireworks commissioned by King George II to celebrate the end of the War of the Austrian Succession. The first performance was followed by a great fireworks display in Green Park, London. For Sax quartet: Soprano, Alto, Tenor and Baritone Saxophones.
