About Anne
Director of Music: Anne Christopherson GRSM ARCM
Anne is a distinguished musician with an impressive pedigree. She holds both a Graduate diploma from the Royal Schools of Music and an Associate title from the prestigious Royal College of Music in London. With a rich career spanning over 40 years, Anne has been sharing her passion for music through teaching piano and keyboard across southern UK. Her expertise extends to a wide range of instruments, including piano, violin, keyboard, flute, clarinet, and her latest venture, the tenor saxophone.
A true classicist at heart, Anne has curated an extensive collection of musical works. She has a particular fondness for French composers. She finds their compositions both challenging and irresistibly romantic, making them her favorite to perform and arrange.
Anne loves breathing new life into beloved classics and is eager to share these treasures with visitors to the site. Most of the sheet music pieces you’ll find here have been thoughtfully arranged by her, including some of her own original works. One of her most ambitious arrangements to date is Liszt’s Sospiro, a piece she found both demanding and rewarding. Anne also has a passion for arranging music for ensembles and welcomes commissions for custom arrangements and copyist work—feel free to reach out through our contact form.
